Murumuru

endearing and enduring

Date: 16.06.2025

Durat’s vibrant -08 speckle pattern has a new name—Murumuru—and a 10% discount to encourage a more sustainable option. Made entirely from second-generation recycled Durat, Murumuru multicoloured speckles are created by granulating production cutoffs and reclaimed surfaces to create. The name Murumuru comes from the Finnish word muru, meaning granulate, crumb or small piece and is also a common term of endearment—like “sweetie” or “darling.”

Murumuru is ideal for high-use areas, offering excellent wear resistance and easy maintenance. The playful speckled pattern cleverly conceals signs of wear, keeping surfaces looking fresh for longer.

Now affectionately known as Murumuru, the dense multicolour -08 speckled surfaces incorporate fully recycled Durat.
