A new nautical pattern for the Baltic Sea
Durat, the Finnish producer of innovative and colourful solid surface material made from recycled plastic continues its support for Baltic Sea for another year. With the new marine colour, Durat continues its collaboration with the John Nurminen Foundation.
Blue speckles dot the light base colour giving a fresh look for the John Nurminen Foundation special colour, 730 JNS. 10% of the sales revenue from this pattern goes to the protection of the Baltic Sea through the foundation.
John Nurminen Foundation’s mission is to save the Baltic Sea and its heritage for future generations. They implement concrete Baltic Sea protection measures that bring results and ensure that the stories of the sea are passed on to future generations.

A durable and silky solid surface material made from post-industrial recycled plastic, Durat is available in over 300 vibrant colours. The hard-wearing customisable terrazzo material is used to create seamless surfaces in interior and exterior applications. Plus, it can be renewed or repurposed and is 100% recyclable at the end of its useful life.
