Saint James clothing line was Born From the Sea in 1889 for sailors to protect from cold and humidity, their iconic wool sweaters considered as a second skin. In collaboration with Aurélie Rimbert, Elizabeth Hertzfeld and Pierreplumeon their boutique store at Montparnasse Station, Paris to celebrate the brands famous Normandy sea sweaters.

Pierreplume developed a bespoke material made from recycling production drops from Saint James knits. The material is used as a presentation stand and wall cladding to showcase products, and add acoustic properties within the store. Navy and white hues refer to surface foam of water, the texture inspired by the iconic knits and looms of the brand.
