The acoustic vault of the Fromagerie La Pantinoise cheese shop in Pantin, Paris - designed by Anne Klepper and Thibaud Klepper and crafted by the artisan A Travers Fil - to create an comfortable tasting space. The ceiling of the acoustic vault resembles the arches of wine barrel storage cellar. Framed with wooden slats from old delivery crates and clad in Pierreplume, an acoustic textile material made from recycled firefighter jackets.
