Redefining tastebuds, Combini Co creates authentic Japanese and Korean food and drinks using local Scottish produce.
After discussing material options and looking at designing the space with an outlook on sustainability, with fabricators SPLINTR, Combini Co settled on using Richlite for their café countertops.
Richlite's honed and leathery feel compliments the space, and works with the aesthetic of Combini Co's brand. The paper composite has a natural appearance, and is suitable for food preparation areas because of its heat and water resistance.
