    Contemporary café interior

    At Korkeasaari Zoo Café, durability meets quiet sophistication. Located at the zoo’s entrance, the café design meets the demands of high-footfall public environments while maintaining a calm, contemporary feel.

    Custom Durat surfaces run across tables, counters, and wash areas, creating a seamless material language that balances hygiene, resilience, and ease of maintenance. A grounded palette, from warm Beige Red tones to deep grey greens, brings depth, warmth, and subtle contrast to the space without overpowering it.
