MR Cake

At MR Cake in Stockholm, colour, form, and material collide to create a space that’s as considered as it is joyful. Designed to be more than just a café, the concept centres around a “full cake experience” where the interior plays as much of a role in shaping mood as the pastries themselves. Soft pastels set the tone, while rounded edges and bold accents inject rhythm, contrast and a sense of playful precision.

Within the space, Durat café tables in P009 and D0700-04 anchor the scheme with a speckled surfaces that sharpen the palette without overpowering it. Made from recycled post-production acrylic waste, Durat delivers a robust, low-maintenance solution for high-traffic use, balancing durability with tactility. The result is a material language that is functional, expressive, and seamlessly integrated into the customer experience.
