Hai Di Lao is China's biggest hotpot restaurant chain with over 300 restaurants worldwide. The name, meaning 'fishing in the bottom of the sea' in Mandarin, is another reflection of the playful attitude of the company. With out of the ordinary dining experiences, Hai Di Lao offers a photo booth and nail salon service to customers while they wait for their table. The restaurant goers prepare and cook their own food in the built-in hot pot on every restaurant dining table.
The first UK location in London uses a recycled terrazzo solid surface in the bright and lively restaurant tops with table numbers neatly routed into the front edges of the tables.
