Eric's Fish & Chips

Eric's Fish and Chips restaurant brings the flavours and sensations of a good quality fish and chips back to life. Matching the colours and tones of a traditional seaside restaurant, the Durat Palace Collection has been intertwined into the store design to add to the blue, red and white accents present throughout.

The designers were originally looking at using a terrazzo worktop to match the bright colour scheme, sophistication and richness they were aiming for. After researching sustainable materials, they came across the Zero Waste Bistro in FRAME magazine and selected Durat for its recycled and recyclable content.
