BurgerFi has expanded into the UK, opening its first London location in Wembley Central. The American gourmet burger concept is working with GroundRound to open a further ten restaurants in the United Kingdom over the next several years, and its second location recently opened to 'bring back beautiful, fire engine red burgers' near Russel Square. The all-natural eatery has used a palette of sustainable, warm materials in the interior, a stark contrast to the poppy modern furniture outside.

BurgerFi is committed lowering its impact by using environmentally-friendly sourced food and materials. The sustainable fit out includes outdoor furniture from Loll Designs' Alfresco Collection, whose tables and benches made from 100% upcycled milk jugs. Meanwhile at the tills, Richlite, a solid paper composite made from 100% recycled paper, adorns the work surfaces and paneling.
