Richlite Prototype Material | Black Diamond Part Sheets

A dense, durable and versatile solid paper composite surfaces in through-colour Black Diamond. Part sheets are ideal for prototypes, models and small CNC beds and projects that don't require an oversized sheet.

Richlite can be can be machined with standard woodworking tools for a wide range of products and industries - everything from guitar fretboards and bridges, commercial cutting surfaces and chopping boards, mobile phone cases, industrial tooling moulds and router blocks to jewellery, knife handles, coasters and place mats and more. 

Nonporous, heat and water resistant, the recycled paper composite can withstand everything from food preparation environments to the harsh outdoors. Whether selected for its natural appeal, durability, high strength, sustainability or its unique mottled look, Richlite is a great maker material unlike conventional panels such as wood, micarta or phenolic laminates and can be machined, tapped, cut, seamed and laser etched.
